BEU Announces Admission for Second Higher Education for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

Baku Engineering University (BEU) announces admission for the 2025/2026 academic year for individuals seeking second higher education in accordance with the “Content and Organization of Additional Education, and the Procedure for Issuing Relevant Documents to Persons Who Have Received Education in Any Field of Additional Education”, approved by the Resolution No. 163 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 6, 2010. Admission is open for the following specialties.

Admission to Repeat Higher Education at the university is conducted through the electronic portal of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan: https://portal.edu.az.

Applicants wishing to pursue repeat higher education must upload the following documents to the portal and submit their application:

- Higher education document (diploma and its supplement) in PDF or JPG format.

- For graduates of foreign higher education institutions: a certificate issued by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan confirming the recognition and equivalence of the degree in Azerbaijan (PDF or JPG format).

Applicants who submit documents for repeat higher education are required to attend an interview at the university. Those who successfully pass the interview are admitted, via contract, to the student list of the chosen program for additional higher education.
